Snapstore Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
At Snapstore, we champion the principles of open marketplace participation and creative entrepreneurship. Nevertheless, to ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant experience for all participants—including sellers, creators, and customers—certain activities are expressly disallowed. Engaging in these prohibited practices may lead to immediate removal of content, restriction of access, or account termination.
The following activities are not permitted on the Snapstore platform:
1. Child Exploitation. Snapstore strictly forbids the use of its services to create, offer, sell, or host any goods, services, or content that exploits, abuses, or sexualizes children or minors. This includes any representation or depiction of child abuse or the sexualization of minors.
2. Illegal Conduct. You are not permitted to leverage Snapstore to facilitate, promote, or engage in any conduct that violates the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction where you reside, operate, or conduct business.
3. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content. Content or commercial offerings that advocate for, promote, or incite hatred, violence, or discrimination targeting individuals or communities on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, health status, military service, or any other protected class or characteristic are prohibited.
4. Harassment, Defamation, Bullying, and Threats. It is not allowed to use Snapstore to upload, post, or sell content, products, or services that target specific persons with harassment, abuse, defamation, bullying, threats, or intimidation, or that encourage third parties to engage in such conduct.
5. Self-Harm Promotion. Goods, services, or content that glorifies, encourages, instructs on, or otherwise promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide are banned from the platform.
6. Misuse of Private or Protected Information. Users may not offer, display, or distribute personally identifiable information, sensitive personal data, protected health information, or confidential materials (including but not limited to credit or debit card details, government-issued identification numbers, or account access credentials) without the explicit, written permission of the data subject or proper legal authorization.
7. Intellectual Property Violations. Do not use the Snapstore platform to sell, offer, or upload any materials, products, or content that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties.
8. Terrorist Support. Any use of Snapstore to provide financial or material support to, or to recruit members for, terrorist organizations or activities designated as such under applicable law is strictly prohibited.
9. Adult Content and Services. Our payment processors prohibit the handling of transactions involving adult entertainment or services. Accordingly, you may not utilize Snapstore to sell, promote, or host goods or content featuring pornography, explicit nudity, or sexual acts, nor any services related to adult entertainment, including prostitution, escort arrangements, premium adult video content, erotic massages, or interactive adult chat platforms.
10. Cryptocurrencies, Digital Assets, and Gift Cards. The sale, trading, promotion, or facilitation of cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, blockchain-based tokens, in-game currencies, or gift cards is not permitted on Snapstore.
11. Chance-Based Promotions and Gambling. Sweepstakes, lotteries, raffles, prize draws, or any similar chance-based promotions or gambling-style offerings are not allowed, owing to complex legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
12. Bulk Data and Contact List Resale. Reselling, distributing, or offering for sale third-party contact lists, customer databases, lead lists, vendor directories, or any similar aggregated personal or business data products is prohibited.
13. Certain Service Offerings. Snapstore does not support the offering of various service-based products and intangible offerings. This includes, without limitation, IPTV or streaming subscription services, search engine optimization (SEO) or social media growth services, professional consulting engagements, vehicle or equipment rentals, and other non-physical service provisions.
14. Armaments and Related Items. Due to payment processor policies and stringent regulatory controls, users may not sell, advertise, or distribute firearms, ammunition, firearm accessories or parts, explosives, or any other weapons or weapon-related items through the platform.
15. Controlled Substances and Accessories. Snapstore prohibits the sale or promotion of cannabis, marijuana, hemp, CBD products, THC, other cannabinoids, or any equipment, pipes, or paraphernalia designed for the consumption or use of controlled substances or cannabis products—regardless of whether such items are legal in your specific location. This policy does not restrict apparel, accessories, or merchandise that simply display cannabis-themed graphics or slogans.
Monitoring, Enforcement, and Policy Updates
Snapstore maintains the right (but has no obligation) to review, monitor, and investigate user activities and content for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notification, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, remove listings or content, or impose other sanctions upon determining that a violation has taken place—whether of the explicit terms or the underlying intent of this policy. All such determinations by Snapstore are final and not subject to appeal.
We may revise or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent changes. By continuing to access or use Snapstore after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Acceptable Use Policy.
