Snapstore Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
Snapstore and its affiliates (“Snapstore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect the privacy of people who visit our website, use our applications (including any associated mobile or web apps), or interact with our technology platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with the Services.
Our Services are built to support fitness, wellness, creators, coaches, gyms, and lifestyle brands. Business Customers use Snapstore to create community hubs, run referral and loyalty programs, offer memberships or products, and engage their audiences. When Business Customers use our platform to manage their programs or storefronts, they may submit or generate personal information about their own end users, members, or customers. In those situations, Snapstore generally acts as a service provider or data processor, handling that end-user data only on the Business Customer’s instructions and for the purposes they direct. The Business Customer remains the data controller for that information. To learn how any specific Business Customer processes personal information, please review their privacy notice.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information from and about you from several sources, as described below.
Information You Provide Directly When you create an account or profile, we collect details such as your name or username, email address, password, business or creator information, and any other information you choose to provide during registration or setup. If you make payments through the Services, you may supply payment details (such as card information and billing address) directly to our third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe or PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. When you contact us for support, request information, or apply for a job, we receive the information you submit, including your name, email, any attached documents (such as a resume), and the content of your messages. We may also track email engagement (for example, whether you open or click links in messages we send) to improve our communications. If you apply for a position through a third-party platform (such as LinkedIn), we collect the information you make available through that platform.
Information Collected Automatically When You Use the Services We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Services. This includes your IP address (which can indicate general geographic region), browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and usage data such as pages viewed, features used, search queries, session duration, and diagnostic or performance logs. We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on and off the Services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain longer and help recognize you on return visits).
These technologies help us with:
- Strictly necessary functions (required to deliver core features of the Services);
- Functional improvements (remembering preferences such as language or login status); and
- Analytics and performance measurement (understanding how the Services are used so we can operate, maintain, and enhance them).
Where required by law, we obtain your consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may limit some features of the Services.
Information We Receive from Third Parties We may obtain additional information about you from partners, analytics providers, or other users (for example, when a Business Customer imports member or contact data into their hub or loyalty program on our platform). We may combine this information with other data we hold about you.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services (including personalization, referral and loyalty program functionality, and community features);
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, support requests, and other Service-related matters;
- Analyze usage patterns and develop new or enhanced features and products;
- Create aggregated or de-identified data for internal business and analytical purposes;
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our rights, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Snapstore, our users, or others; and
- Carry out any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis, such as:
- Your consent (for example, when you submit a job application or agree to certain cookies);
- Contractual necessity (to deliver the Services you have requested);
- Compliance with a legal obligation (for example, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements); or
- Our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), such as improving the safety, security, performance, and functionality of the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
How We Share the Information We Collect
We may disclose personal information as follows:
- Affiliates — with companies in our corporate family for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Service Providers and Vendors — with trusted third parties that help us operate the Services (hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, fulfillment partners, etc.). These parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Other Users and Business Customers — information you voluntarily post or share through publicly accessible areas of the Services (or through hubs, loyalty programs, or storefronts created by Business Customers) may be visible to others who have access. We are not responsible for how other users or Business Customers use information you make available.
- Analytics Partners — we use services such as Google Analytics. These providers may collect information about your use of other sites and apps. You can learn more and opt out via Google’s tools (see Google’s Privacy & Terms and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on).
- Legal and Safety Requirements — when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law enforcement or legal process, respond to your requests, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.
- Corporate Transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale/transfer of assets, we may share information with advisors, potential partners, and successors.
- With Your Consent — in other circumstances where you have given permission.
Your Rights and Choices
EEA and UK Residents You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion or anonymization (where appropriate), to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your personal information in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal) and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where an issue occurred. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding. Please note that some rights have exceptions and limitations, and we may retain information for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, or dispute resolution.
U.S. State Privacy Rights (California, Utah, and Other Applicable States) Residents of certain U.S. states, including California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and Utah (under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act), have additional rights regarding their personal information. These may include the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion or correction; the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Snapstore does not “sell” personal information in the traditional sense. However, some activities involving analytics or advertising partners may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable state laws. You can exercise opt-out rights by contacting us at the email below or, where available, through a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or mechanism on our Services. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by law.
Before fulfilling a request, we may ask for information to verify your identity and, in some cases, the identity of the person on whose behalf you are making the request.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to websites, products, or services operated by third parties that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements). When determining retention periods, we consider factors such as the nature of the information, the length and nature of our relationship with you, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below so we can take appropriate action.
International Visitors and Data Transfers
The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access or use the Services from outside the United States (including the EEA or UK), you are transferring your personal information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing. We may also transfer personal information to other countries as needed to provide the Services, fulfill requests, or operate our business.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will post the revised Policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
